Getting Theme Support
If you want to request theme support, you need to submit a ticket to the Resolution Center. If neccesary, you may give us access to your web site by providing details of your WordPress and FTP accounts when submitting a ticket. All account details are always kept confidential. Our team are online from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 (GMT+7) and our office is closed on public holidays. General guidelines on our support service are available in our support policy.
Becoming a Customer
We have tried our best to cover all our products and services details but there is always a room for questions. If you are thinking of purchasing any of our products but still have got a question to ask, please don’t hesitate to contact us and submit your pre-sales inquiry.
Previous Customers
Customers who purchased our products before 1 January 2009 need to be re-registered. Please claim your previous purchase to get access to the system. Mention a desired user name and password and include the PayPal e-mail address that you used for the transaction.
Customization Service
We are open for custom projects and customization requests. If you want us to customize your purchases to suit your liking or are thinking to hire us for a web project, please explain your needs in detail to get a quote. Don’t worry, our rates are competitive and we all work very efficiently.
